Based on Jessie's ever-popular Ribbon Check fabric, the delicate, twisting ribbon threads first took life as paper cuts. The lampshade is dissected by maroon and pale blue twisting ribbons, subtly drawing focus to the shade’s conical shape and exaggerated angles.
The design is hand screen printed on 100% cotton archival paper, then side-stitched by hand in blue and maroon embroidery thread and finished with a calico binding tape. We use eco-friendly, water-based inks.
